Managing Director
K. Thangavelu, B.Sc., is the Founder and Managing Director of PARIPOORNA SHELTERS (P) Ltd. A first-generation entrepreneur with a long-term business vision, he founded and leads OHM SAKTHI PROMOTERS, a well-known realty developer in Coimbatore for the past 30 years. Under his leadership, the firm has created landmark residential, industrial, commercial, recreational and institutional developments in the city. He also heads OHM SAKTHI HARDWARES AND ELECTRICALS and MURUGAN TRADERS, supplying construction materials and hardware in and around Coimbatore. Apart from this, he runs a business hotel opposite the Railway Station, Coimbatore.
Under PARIPOORNA SHELTERS (P) Ltd, with a larger service-oriented vision, he has entered senior living by setting up a community with experienced and reputed industry professionals under the brand “Aishwaryam”. Alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits, he contributes to educational and social services by supporting students and families in nearby communities.
