House Keeping and Maintenance

The following aspects will be totally taken care of by the Housekeeping/Admin team:

• Common area cleaning and maintenance.
• Dusting, sweeping and swabbing of individual houses.
• Effective running of Sewage and sullage treatment plants.
• Electrical, carpentry and Plumbing repairs of individual houses.
• Uninterrupted supply of drinking water.
• General upkeep of the project.
• Maintaining the garden in common areas/park.
